  2. Hi Kelly. I'm Kim's husband, Rich. I have been enjoying your blog as well—even though I know I'm not the "target demographic."

Kim is the true photographer in our family, with a full wall full of awards from her outstanding pre-school portrait photography. She was even National Photographer of the Year for 2007 in the arena of pre-school portraiture.

But she graciously posts photos I have taken from time to time. The photo in this post was taken from the back door of our enclosed porch. These berries stay this deep red color all winter long and are simply beautiful—especially with snow piling up on them. I'm glad you enjoyed the photo and I'm glad you're enjoying my wife's blog. She's quite a lady with so much to offer.

  3. Hey Richard!

I've seen your blog, too, through links at Mrs. Wilt's site and enjoy yours as well! David is one lucky young man to have such well-versed, faith-filled parents!

How blessed to have that bright spring of color (berries!) in the winter! We actually still have electric green parsley, wilted, though, out in our "late" herb garden. My mom is amazed at it every time she comes over, LOL. The little herb that could. :o)
